I sat in line for almost 30 minutes, by the time it was my turn to order, again I sat with no greeting for several minutes. Every car behind me left, about 7 cars only to drive away and see there was no one at the window, what exactly were we waiting on? If under staffed I understand to an extent, but someone should at least greet the customer and explain if there are additional wait times. After that long I feel I was more than patient, and at $6 everytime a customer purchases Starbucks it would be nice if they would communicate at the very least to the person who is waiting to order. This manager needs training on running a busy location and work ethic, as this is a repeated issue.Ford Rd Canton Mi

For having such a huge monopoly on the coffee shop business you'd imagine they would have competitive or reasonable prices..

Long wait in the drive thru in the mornings. Just ordered a dark roast coffee and it took 11 minutes, after I got to window and paid I was asked if I wanted to wait because they were brewing dark roast. Nope, give me pike place instead. Will need to try another store down the road. Apparently to difficult to put the sugar in the coffee. Handed me my cup and packets of sugar? Better off going down the road for much better service.

Very busy location but moved the line along fast and excellent service. Caramel brule latte is one of my favorites and not too sweet. And you can't go wrong with a cake pop!

After I placed a mobile order, I went to grab my drink and they literally shut the cafe door in my face knowing I’m walking in to grab my drink. When I called, they said “sorry 2 workers left their shift” and would not allow me to walk in to grab my drinks that were complete.nI then had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru just to get my drinks that I had ordered 30 minutes prior to that.nNot to mention, the tables outside were filthy! I never leave a negative feedback but after a few experiences here, this was just the cherry on top.
