I would find someplace else to go. Customer service is terrible. Since they moved to the call center scheduling it has been horrible. Scheduled appointments 6 months ago and less than a week out they all of a sudden are closed that day. This has happened twice. People clear their schedules for these appointments. They try and sell you on procedures you don’t need. Their estimates are way off for procedures. You get one price and the final bill isn’t any where near the estimate. Not even close.

I have had an absolutely horrible experience, a little over 2 years ago that had since caused me a great deal of pain and almost $5000 . I actually had to have a corrective surgery yesterday because of all of mistakes they made with both of my procedures . A simple crown turned into a root canal because they did not do the crown correctly. The root canal turned into a oral surgery because when they did the root canal they did not remove my root!!! I tried explaining to the dentist at all of my procedures failed because they did not do them correctly, I should not still have a root when I'm given a root canal! I highly recommend if you need any dental work done it all you FIND SOMEWHERE else . They were polite to me until I expressed that I should not have to pay for the root canal because it was their mistake, after that I was only spoken to very very rudely and told I can go get dental care elsewhere. when in reality all I wanted was my tooth fixed for the money I had already paid but she kept saying I needed to get a root canal and I had to pay for it so I did that as well and paid for it out of pocket just as I did the crown . They don't care about the health of your teeth or even doing honest business . In my 31 years of life, I have never ever been taken advantage of by a dentist. But I was , and I don't want that to happen to anyone else ! especially a single parent like myself, $5000 later for one tooth is something I never imagined or even knew was possible ! Hope anyone that reads this goes elsewhere !! See you in court , you will be held responsible for this !!

Great dentist but office is a mess. Manchester office closed transferred to Chelsea. Insurance didn't. Told it was my responsibility to verify insurance. Who would think-- same dentist, same company especially since everything else transferred. Trying to get it straightened out via insurance company and billing manager. Wasn't reminded of appointment, I called them. Complained to office manager about a smart allic comment from discharge clerk. Avoid these problems, go somewhere else.

The people who work there are very nice. They explained everything. I will definitely go there again.

My family and I (total 4 ppl) went to this office for all of our dental needs. I started questioning that decision when the dentist had a hard time numbing the correct area for a filling. Ive never needed soo many fillings as I got from them. I was constantly having problems with the texture or floss getting stuck after getting a filling. Then my son got a crown on a tooth and the crown looked like an oversized marshhmellow. It didnt even look like a tooth. He had to go back in several times because he couldn't close his mouth right and it caused him discomfort. Each time, they filed it down a little more and a little more. It ended up inflamed and infected. Mind you, he never had any discomfort prior to the crown. He ended up having to get a very expensive root canal. My husband got an implant put in, which also had to be filed down, several times. It did not set right and did not look like his surrounding teeth. They filed it again and again. It ended up infected and he had to get surgery. He was suppose to get another implant but after his consult and ex rays, he made the appt. to get the post put in and on that appt. day Dr. Rod. told him that he was going to put in a bridge instead and convinced him that it would be easier and save him money. (!$?!) -Our dual insurance would have covered the implant, and it would have preserved his jaw bone-!! He got the bridge. The insurance refused coverage because the dentist removed a 4 year old crown in the process and involved a tooth that had already been covered by our insurance and would not cover again until year 5. Dr. Rod Never mentioned that he removed a crown. Anyway, he ruined 2 more teeth in the process to cover a missing tooth, which will cause
