First time customer. They helped with bath & kitchen remodel + sump pump installation. Nick is courteous, available for detailed discussion on different options and code related clarification. Their quality of work is really good. Its been more than 1.5 years since their work I had no issues with any fixtures/drainage. I am using their service again for basement bath remodel.

I feel pretty good about my experience with Chelsea Plumbing. As a first-time customer, I was unsure of what to expect. The plumber was helpful and worked quickly on the job even though he was working after hours and doing a bigger job than he thought going into the work. When I called to set up the appointment and to follow-up on the work completed, both times I spoke with someone who I believe is the owner and he was helpful and patient. I rarely give 5-stars unless everything exceeds expectations, but I can say that I will be using Chelsea Plumbing in the future and am pleased to have found a good plumbing company.

You can definitely tell this is a owner operated company, We recently used them and it truly was a five-star experience. They are true craftsman, The workmanship was excellent, Great price, they showed up on time . Will be using and referring them in the future.

Nick was prompt and very professional with quite. He procured necessary permits for the relocation of gas meter (indoor to exterior) with a rerouting of interior gas lines. Set up final inspection - which passed! DTE was scheduled to bring a new meter for final phase/hook up and were VERY late but Chelsea plumbing hung around and waited.

I needed to have my ugly 45-year old utility tubs in the basement completely replaced along with all the associated stopped-up and corroded plumbing and piping. They did a beautiful job and now I have fully functioning new tubs with free-flowing water and clean drains. I couldn’t be more satisfied. They were recommended by my general contractor, who was doing a basement renovation project for me in the spring of 2018.
