I had an appointment first thing this morning (After taking the day off work) and they never showed. Called them twice by 11 AM and was then told they would not be coming out because other jobs took priority over my AC not working all week in 90 degree weather. I got two different stories when I called about them being short staffed. Just a heads up...be responsible and call your customers when you have no plans to show because some of us work and get your story straight. I’ve used this company every year for several years but not anymore. Extremely disappointed.
Very friendly and efficient. Also since the part for my furnace had to be ordered they loaned us space heaters to keep us warm until they were able to fix it. That alone was a life saver!
Very unprofessional and undependable. I had an appointment on Thursday the May 28th at 10 am. They never showed up. I call them several times and they told me the driver was in the hospital at 4pm. Rescheduled for Friday May 29th dispatch told me they would be there around 11am or 12pm. I called at 1230pm. Dispatch told me she was going to see where the driver was and now its Sunday and still have not got a call back. I called each day at least three to gour times and the dispatch gave me the run around. I will never use company.
