We have been with SRS for many years and will never switch to another company for our pharmacy. SRS has the ultimate in customer service. I have been doing independent pharmacy for over 20 years and I have never witnessed a pharmacy computer system company with their level of service or the reasonable prices they charge. The system itself is amazingly easy to use and simple to navigate which makes training our new employees: pharmacists, technicians and customer service reps very easy. I really cannot recommend SRS enough if you are fed up with the amazingly slow wait times for help (QS-1) and are looking for a long term solution for your pharmacy:)

We have been using SRS since our pharmacy opened in 2016. I love that it's fast and reliable, and that they have an amazing support team. Also, it was one of the few pharmacy systems that ran on my preferred platform of Linux (even though I am only in my forties I think more like an old school UNIX gray beard, but one that still likes to learn new tricks). I look forward to continuing to work with them as my pharmacy keeps growing.
