They take there sweet time making food to where you can hear them laughing in background, goofing off while there is a huge line wrapping around the building that we patiently waited over a hour. When we finally get there and up to pay with our gift card we got for Christmas got declined. The cashier didn't bother explaining or help with our gift card which turn out after calling the card that it wasn't activated. We also asked for mild sauce with our order after the cashier ask if we want sauce and for the third time we came to this taco bell, they don't put any sauce in the bag and it's on our receipt.

Terrible to work for! Management yell at you for no reason. First day of work! If they treated new people decent they would be able to keep employees. My friend was employee of the month at her last job she went to work here and they forced her out. If they don't personally like you they'll make it personal and pick on you! Sad! She came home in tears from them many days until she had to quit.

Messed up our order like normal. Pay for steak chalupas get beef! Order new one with chicken and bacon get just chicken! I will not be going here anymore!!

I guess decent speed for 10:30 pm but lady at window didnt say hello or have a good day and doesnt grasp the concept of bacteria transfer cause she did use a cup to take money she still touched it and major point was she never changed gloves and handeling money then handled the food tranfser to me
