Super friendly people and no problems with the paperwork however if your gotta flip a house doing it right is important. The plumbing is a nightmare. Whoever did the drywall and trim put a nail into the main water pipe so the pretty drywall had to come down and it left a nasty mess. We also had to fix other small plumbing issues. Not that hard to make sure the pipes are glue and secure. You can tell they cut alot of comers to get the job done. I'm all about saving. .money to but come on slow down and do it right. Anyways I still love the home.
