I am a Broker in Northern Michigan. Maribeth Kwasneski handled a closing for me that had a lot of moving pieces. Some of which were very delicate as the house I was selling was owned by my clients diseased wife. Maribeth handled this file with such poise and care. Not only did her willingness to help with any questions make this transaction seamless, but her knowledge left myself and my client feeling we were in good hands.
