WHITE PIGEON, MI Location. Parking lot is falling apart, so be aware or end up with a busted ankle or something. The day time staff are great! But the afternoon guy Lance, Logan, LAZY...whatever his name is... never stocks ANYTHING...and God Help you if you want a pizza. It's always, out of service, or in the sink, or some other excuse. I used to come here almost religiously, fuel, soda, PIZZA... All Good good good...but the over the Last 3 Months I've come here less and less...and its not any better. I really tried to wait to write this up, but there's been ZERO improvement with this guy. Don't waste your time coming here, I won't anymore. Or if I do, it'll be to just drive through the parking lot to see who's working.
My son's vehicle broke down near this Speedway location. It was late and couldn't get towed until today. He was three hours from home. His wife was enroute to pick him up. He waited at the McDonald's until they closed at 11, then proceeded across the road to Speedway to stay warm. It's absolutely freezing outside people. His wife was about an hour away. They refused his waiting at the Speedway, inside or outside. They told him to walk four miles to the next station. HOW ABSOLUTELY HEARTLESS CAN PEOPLE BE!!!
This was a very convenient location. It is a very old gas station. I didn’t want to buy any food with many flys buzzing around it.
WHITE PIGEON location-DON'T STOP HERE in the A.M. Only 1 poorly trained cashier w/a line all the way 2 the cooler. U can clearly see more employees in back room. What should take 2-4min. takes 10min.at least. EVERYDAY!!!!
Very rude. Asked a simple question on the phone to receive a rude remark back. Terrible trained staff
