So I rented a 10x40 unit from these guys and I was beyond pleased with my experience. I accidently left something outside of my unit and they called me immediately to let me know I left it outside. I also forgot to put a lock back on my unit and they called again to let me know i didn't put my lock on. I easily felt my belongings were safe there and the units are very nice. Definitely
The gentleman I dealt with went out of his way to come in after hours to rent me a Uhaul truck since our truck broke down while some of our guys were out of town working. It was above and beyond the customer service I'd hoped for. Not only that, he kept our truck there, safe and sound, until we could drive up from Missouri and recover it. 3 weeks later after all the bad weather and terrible road conditions we made it to pick it up. I offered and was more than willing to pay him for the safe keeping of our truck, a storage fee or something. He said not to worry about it, and thanked me. Phenomenal. I absolutely 110% recommend this company. Customer service is beyond amazing.
I live right across the street from them and they are always full. I've been looking to get a storage unit from for a while from them. I'm looking forward to renting from them.
Great place! Clean and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.
