So friendly! Always answer all the questions I have. If I need a prescription sooner they work very hard to get it in the time I need.

Not impressed at all. They were unable to get my dual medication in, but instead of letting me know they decided to charge me a double co pay. Next time give customers a chance to change pharmacies so we can save money. Some of us were off of work for months due to the recent pandemic. Meijer pharmacy just trying to squeeze as much money out of consumers as possible.

The Gratiot meijer pharmacy is a HUGE joke. My husband dropped off his script for a refill, and told us 45 minutes. We walked around meijer for 45 minutes, which landed me sliding in water by deli and smashed my toe which is still throbbing today. Go to pharmacy at 46 minutes and they tell us we tried to page you but its not working today. There was a problem with his script being transferred. Fine. Understandble. What's not, is the fact they didn't even bother to call his phone. After dealing with their massive confusion for another 15 minutes, they told us they would text him when his script is ready in a couple hours and so we left, as we had already purchased meat that needed to be put in the fridge. Waited ALL day. No text alert. Called them and they said oh it's ready. We even confirmed the phone number on file with them before leaving. I will never fill a script here again. Outrageously unorganized.
