I was on the seller side and doing a split close - some of the delay was on the buyers lender - but the lack of communication and sense of business expertise left my experience not recommending working with Crossroads Title. This review probably would have been 3 stars but we closed on a Friday at 12:30pm and I was told they were wiring the funds to me that afternoon. When it didn’t show up in my bank account on Saturday I emailed my realtor who called his personal contact who told him it went through and was pending. I took that as verbatim as I don’t wire transfer often. However, when Tuesday morning hit and I still didn’t have my funds I called the title agency myself who told me that it went through “30 minutes ago!” I asked for the confirmation and she told me she would get it to me in a moment. About 45 minutes later I had the confirmation and five minutes after that the money was in my account. I was beyond disappointed that a large distribution which was rightfully mine was delayed multiple days and multiple phone calls before it was distributed to me. So very disappointing and frustrating, I would definitely not recommend.

Used this to close and they cost us a headache of changes for home 100% for taxes of over $2000 that we had to fix. It took almost a year to get it straightened around!! They didn't help said it wasn't their fault but they filled the paperwork without even making sure of that ud83dude14ud83dude1e particular item!!
