The young man working in the Kitchen department was more concerned with what was on his cell phone than helping my 91 year old mother with finding a formica color she may have wanted to order. Since they do not have samples available in the store they have to access the available choices on the internet, he stood in the way of the computer with his cell phone in hand and ignored us.

I just had THEE worst and most rude customer service and encounter I have ever had with Mandii in their flooring department. I had just came from the Saginaw store where they told me it was 49 cents/sqft for in stock carpet installation. Online said they had carpet in stock but They ended up being out of the color I wanted. I called Thomas twp and they had it in stock, so I went in to order in-stock carpet and installation from the Thomas township 20 min before closing. I apologized for it being almost closing time and said I knew exactly what I needed and would be fast. Mandii INSISTED on telling me they don’t install in-stock carpet period, while there were signs all around advertising it for the 49 cents. I said the Saginaw store just said you offer it and she kept saying I was wrong and their store doesn’t, and she didn’t know why all the carpet around the store was advertising 49 cent install. Then once another coworker told her that they DO install for 49 cents/sqft, she told me I can’t order anything until I do an in-home measurement. Which I didn’t know they had that policy, but I understand having it and am not angry about that. So she clearly was lying to me because the store was about to close and she didn’t want to deal with me. Her tone was so rude, she was Incredibly insulting, and tried to make me feel stupid. I will never go back there.
