Love's Travel Stop

Do not buy tires here!nnPurchased a tire here after a steer blowout. After a service call to Loves It was installed roadside a few miles away and the inexperienced tech took 2 hours to install it and did not know how to balance. They also conveniently only carried the most expensive tire possible in my size. I was given a 90 day tire warranty and told if the tire wears out prematurely due to not being balanced etc to return and I would be taken care of. I returned less than 6 months and less than 50,000 miles later with a tire completely worn out with obvious balancing issues. I explained everything to the tech who assured me they would replace the tire. They went ahead and removed the bad tire and started installing the new one. The same very expensive Michelin tire. I was then informed they were not covering the tire and were charging me the same $600+ as the original tire that went bad. The crazy part is nobody at the shop knew how to balance the tire once again. Even though they advertise all over the walls their high end balancing equipment. It’s useless if nobody knows how to use it or use it properly!! Management refused to help me and passed me onto their corporate office which also played games. They tried to blame my truck for the tire problem. The truck was properly aligned and all Mechanical checked the day after the original blowout by my local shop and there were no issues whatsoever. I also had the shop check everything the day after the bad tire was replaced and all Mechanical is in good working order. Loves does not keep their word nor accept when there is a problem with their product or service. I asked them to do a complimentary check/service on my equipment so they can see themselves that the issue was the tire being unbalanced and not my equipment and they will no longer respond to me other than saying we aren’t replacing the tire. I have never in my 12 years as an owner operator had a steer tire wear out like that. I take extreme pride in maintaining my equipment/livelihood to the highest standards and found it very insulting that they continued to blame my truck instead of simply accepting it was a bad tire or balancing issue.nnDO NOT BUY TIRES HERE!!

They would’ve got 10 ⭐ufe0f if there were such option. I had a great and friendly experience. Clean showers, Laundry were available, two washer and four dryer to be exact. One of the best Loves/Truck stops from my experience and Jessi played a huge roll in making my visit a pleasant one. Jessi were simply the best!! She were extremely helpful in all phases. She didn’t skip a beat!! Thank you to the staff, Loves and especially Jessi!!

Bought ear buds here. Quit working second day. Won't return with receipt cause I threw box out. Smh.
