Steven was a great help when I didn’t know what I wanted! Such a sweet guy and definitely deserves a raise for his hard work!
Nick was amazing. With the long line and making sure that he got everyone’s drinks out to them with pacing himself instead of being overwhelmed and making a mess. Very professional with how he spoke and how he handled the busy crowd. Will definitely be back!!!
Went to Starbucks on an early break and ordered an iced macchiato with almond milk and an extra shot and a cookie from Nick. I left without my cookie which was partially my fault. Then on my way back to work I realize my drink is super light, almost white, and it tasted like I was drinking straight almond milk; there was not enough espresso in it. So I went back and Aimee was there and helped fix my drink and gave me the cookie I forgot. She then said that the previous barista “broke” the espresso machine which was causing it to not brew the espresso shots properly which she said he should’ve paid attention and seen.nThank god for Aimee and her knowledge! She was able to properly dispense the shots and I was MUCH happier with my drink the second time around.nGave it 3 stars only because of the hassle...
