Amazing service! Agents are terrific and very knowledgeable.
I can't say enough good things about IBG travel. They gave hours of time to speak with me on the phone, seeking to understand our preferences and explaining our options for our trip. I compared their quotes with just booking the trip directly on the internet, too, and they were cheaper!! And then when unexpected illness forced us to change our plans, they kindly and willingly spent hours helping us find the best solution, ultimately refunding our money. Customer service deserves more than five stars!
