I had Andrea for my therapist. She was amazing! I am much improved, and can only get better (if I continue my stretches)! Not only is she professional, but I feel we became great friends. I will miss our chats and giggles.

The Staff in The Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Services Dept. are Caring, Hard Working, Knowledgeable Staff. They go out of there way to help you! I would Highly Recommend the staff to any one. I did like Aquatic Therapy better when it was at The Holland Aquatic Center. That is the only downfall the members of Evergreen Commons don't always give people getting Therapy, room or Respect while you are in a session.

Professional and kind (good people). Andrea did a great job walking the line and helped me become more pain free and get into better condition. Very clear exercises and treatments along with laminated sheets to remember your specific exercises. Thank you for your care for me in a difficult time.

My experience with the Rehab and Therapy Services at Evergreen Commons was nothing short of a miracle. I walked in barely able to move my arm and within days the progress was amazing. Tracy was nothing short of a Miracle Worker.

Beware of this place trying to push sessions on you and charging for sessions you do not receive the service you go in for. I went to this rehab facility for water therapy after surgery. My first visit I was evaluated and told I would not be able to have pool therapy until my incesion had healed. My second visit I was evaluated and given a couple procedures to do and told it still wasen’t healed enough for the pool. I went for a doctor’s appointment and was told I should be able to go in the pool. I then went to rehab a third time when they looked at my incesion and said I still needed to be healed completely before pool therapy. They charged me for this visit even though I was not able to go in the pool which was the service I was there for. I waited a month and the was able to have three sessions in the pool. I do not believe I should have been charged the third visit where they told me for the third time I couldn’t get the pool therapy I was there for. I disputed it and left phone messages. They didn’t call back. I even went down to Evergreen where they were suppose to be there until 4:30 but we’re gone by 3:45. The receptionist looked for them but they were gone. The manager did call me after I complained to Holland Hospital, but was very unhelpful. He said I received a service of them looking at my incesion even though I did not receive ant pool therapy. Any ethical facility would not have charged for that and called it no service at all.nIf you have to go here be very careful. Make sure you are clear as to what you want done. Do not let them do land therapy if you want pool therapy. Make sure you do not get talked into any more visits than is necessary. After three visits in the pool I had my information and went to MVP and did them in the pool there. This could be done in the therapy pool at Holland Municipal Pool also. It is a very nice pool with easy access. The therapists at Evergreen are very nice. I believe the management and their polices are unacceptable and certainly not patient friendly.
