I just got my rook pierced by Jessika and she was so great! She answered all of my questions, took her time explaining exactly what she was doing. She was so sweet and did a great job on my piercing. I will definitely be back to get more piercings by her!!

I can’t say enough good things about Tattoo Charlie’s and the owner, Buddy. I recently decided to re-pierce my tragus and easily set up an appointment with Jessika. The studio is ultra clean (best I’ve ever been to) and makes you feel really safe, even with COVID. They ask all sorts of questions upfront to keep you and other clients safe. Jessika was professional and is a top-notch piercer. The aftercare instructions were clear and helpful - and they even provide aftercare products. Highly recommend!

Tried calling to see if they were still taking tattoo’s. Not only did they say no and explain themselves, I was just talking (as I understood they were booked the rest of the night), they had proceeded to hang up on me while I was in the middle of a sentence. Very unprofessional, definitely will not be giving them a chance to rectify themselves.

Me and my boyfriend came in for matching plane tattoos and they were both done very poorly. Mine came out crooked and was not symmetrical. The outline of the plane also cane out badly and the line work is not neat. My boyfriends tattoo came out even worse. On one side of the tail of the plane it is just a square and not even close to the shape of the other side of the tail. His tattoo is also not symmetrical and the wings are not the same size. Neither of our tattoos matched the outline we chose. For both small tattoos we were charged $160 all together and they were done very poorly.
