My realtor was Lora Durma. You will not find a sweeter lady to work with. Not only that she knows what she is doing and gets the job done. I highly recommend working with her and I for one will not work with anyone else.

Andy Serrano with Five Star Realty is a fantastic realtor. He is very prompt with responding to texts and gets showings quickly. He communicates with the other agents to get the full picture of the home and is really willing to go above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied! He also gave us a beautiful closing gift. We will definitely be recommending him to anyone who is looking for a home in the Holland area!

The person we signed paperwork with wasn't the friendliest, but it was just a few weeks after things opened back up after the covid thing & our realtor wasn't able to be there with us during the signing of paperwork.nShe was definitely ALL business. She got upset with my husband for questioning her because we were signing over our property & weren't leaving with a check in hand because the client buying it was waiting for his bank to wire the money??nThey could have called us as soon as that situation happened to tell us to come in a bit later after the wire went through. Why would we be comfortable with signing something over with no $ or eta on a check... Plus now we have to drive all the way back? She didn't know our plans - maybe we were heading out of town... She was just kinda rude about it and seemed like we had no right to question the situation. We've closed on 9 properties and never had a problem like this... Definitely will go out of our way to never deal with this establishment again!

As first time home buyers, we could not have asked for a better realtor! Though Sue is located in the Holland area, she was knowledgeable about Byron Center and its nuances. She was particularly helpful to view houses with as we considered long-range options with homes. We anticipated buying a home that likely needed some changes to make more family-friendly. Because of her experience renovating and building homes, she was able to a fresh perspective to room use, layouts and possibilities. Sue was also quick to explain aspects of purchasing a home we did not understand, doing so in a way that helped us understand exactly what was occurring and what we were doing. Her recommendations related to contractors, mortgage agents and other contacts were appreciated and used. We would highly recommend Sue Brandsen as a realtor and anticipate working with her in the future should our need for a home arise.
