So many good things to say here, so I decided to buy three policies through State Farm at this office. Auto, home, and life insurance policies. I was speaking with Julie at the State Farm office and she was very patient and extremely helpful with the process of setting up different policies and asking all the questions that was needed to fill in all of my information . I would definitely recommend this state farm office to anyone that wants to talk with very Knowledgeable agents in this field. Julie was so nice and kind to talk too,nZeke make sure you keep her at your office , what a blessing she was in helping me choose which policy to pick for me.

There great Mercedes and the other girls are always so helpful. They also saved me almost $400 plus I have better coverage.

I have been with them for around 2 years. When Andrew was there I never had a problem with consistency in my premiums. Once he left and Zeke and Mercedes started giving me premium costs, what they verbally said vs what was actually due on my paper was CONSISTENTLY in conflict. I was told by Zeke, just today, that because their computers are behind, that ot wasn't their or my fault. I was told I would owe nothing for August by Zeke. Wrong. I ended up paying 30.30. I was told by Mercedes, last month, I would owe 90.00 for this month. Wrong. I owed 146.00. Every month for the last 6 months, what I was told I would owe and what I ended up paying were 2 different amounts. WORST agency ever.
