I needed 3 leather like cushions recovered, 1 from a chair, 2 from a couch.nChuck was there to help me when I arrived.nHe found samples for me to choose from, I asked about the quality, durability , price. He acted annoyed with my questions like I was wasting his time.nHe left a voicemail with in 1 week that they were ready. I called him back asking for the final cost.nWhen picking them up I learned a $12 surcharge for using my debit card (3%). Really? I suggested to include this in future voicemails to customers since carrying around a check book is becoming less and less common.nNot very personable.nOther than that, they do timely and great work.

We where delighted with the work that was done on an old 1860's love seat.nAfter 1 year it looks just like it was done yesterday.nThe place is clean and without any cigarette residue.nThank you Upholstery shop for your helpful and friendly service.nWe will definitely use your services again and referral you to our friends.

The fabric work was great, but you'd think for $800 they would have refinished the woodwork on my antique chair.

They reupholstered one of our treatment tables in our clinic and did a beautiful job with it, however communication to get it done was less than par- they wanted me to come in a choose a fabric when their hours are minimal and we operate all day long so there was no chance I was coming in. All we needed was vinyl and they finally proceeded with it. After it was completed, Chuck called and was super rude saying they haven't been paid (it's pretty standard to receive payment within 30 days for a service that was done for a business). Our account specialist was on vacation not in the office and I told him they would cut them a check as soon as she was back and he was very rude about it and even threatened to come and take our table out of the clinic until we paid them (which had been a few days at this point) Overall I would say they're not very genuine people-very much only in it for money. Make sure to pay them right away because they're a small company and they'll whine about it, Holland is not a fitting place for them to be, we're nice here.
