Great people to work with and always keeping the customer's best interests at the forefront. I've shopped around in the past, but you can't put a price on the comfort of knowing your agents are looking out for you, not your wallet.

I wish I could give more than just 5 stars. John and his team are hands-down the best I have ever worked with. Most people shop purely on price - and River City Insurance certainly has great pricing! But to me, what really stands out, is his knowledge of policy limitations, applications, and his genuine concern for the customer. We have had so many conversations ensuring that what we choose - is actually what we need. In all the quotes I have had over the years, never once have I had an agent become so genuinely interested in what coverage we actually need. He has repeatedly gone above and beyond to answer any questions that we have had. Not only would I recommend John and River City Insurance, I have repeatedly spoken highly of him to anyone who would listen. He is most certainly a stand-out agent, in a world that seems to place less of a value on genuine customer service. Give them a try - I have no doubt that you'll be happy you did!

First-time customer, and happy I made the change. Also, convenient location close to home. I was delighted to work with Jennifer Peters in switching over my auto and home policies. She was knowledgeable and accurate in her work, had additional suggestions, saved me money, and was right on the ball when it came to return messages and follow-up. What more could a customer hope for???!!!

Jenni helped me with my renters insurance policy and researched my auto policy to make sure I had the best and cheapest coverage possible. She walked me through the entire process and answered every question I had quickly and thoroughly. She's very friendly and accommodating!
