Excellent customer service, very kind and professional.
Had to go through wash 2 times, and still didn't get fully cleaned.
I like quality car wash but I bought the unlimited and I kind of feel like I wasted my money. Lines are so long that it's hard to wait that long for a wash
THEY RIPPED OFF MY BUMPER!nVery disappointed with the customer service at this car wash. My bumper was torn off and they pretended to be willing to help, the next day they claimed it was my fault. Would leave 0 stars if possible.
I have gone through this carwash several times in this same car and have had no problems, so why was a blonde girl walking through the carwash behind me the whole time? It made me feel like I was doing something wrong or something was wrong with my car. Also after we came out, she turned around and went back inside, as there were 2 cars behind me still. So it was definitely me she was watching. I also had soap dripping down my car afterward, not a great rinse.
