Stopped in for A quick haircut. Just the sides shaved. She not only hurt me but cut the top too witch i didn't want. Then when i said something the lady got rude with me. I will NEVER go back.

My daughter got her nails done here for her wedding, they took 2 hrs and the nails are misshaped, lumpy, burned her with the file, some had very thin coats to the point one just fell off. Called to speak to someone and was told that we would get a call back and never received one. They are supposed to open at 9 and it's 10 and they still aren't open. Over all very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend getting your nails done here. She didn't even have time to get them fixed because they took so long, she was in literal tears by the time she walked out.

Sam has very poor customer service skills and was very rude. She burned my finger with the file and when I asked for a refund because the nails where anything but professional and she continued to try and instigate an argument every time one of us talked. I will never ever bring my business there again and will warn everyone about her. She has no clue what she is doing when it comes to nails, nor does she know how to treat a customer
