We walked into Branham’s for the first time to have some rings resized and look at the jewelry. We were going to be celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and my husband wanted me to pick out something. We were greeted by Joann who quickly went to work measuring our ring size so we could get our rings changed to a size that would allow us to wear them again. As she wrote up the order we looked at the jewelry in the cases and felt relaxed doing so. When she was finished she came over to find out if I found anything I’d like to see. She was knowledgeable and professional and did not apply pressure. We felt very comfortable buying my new piece of jewelry and completing the transaction. Additionally Joann bought us a dozen red roses for our Anniversary!nnWe have only lived in the area a few years but now that we’ve been to Branham’s we’ll be glad to shop there again. It is a beautiful store set up to appeal to the shopper’s needs. We had a wonderful experience!
