I can't give this agency even 1 star.nI tried to get them to come out and access my property for insurancenand CE assured me he would be out, but I never heard back.nThe 1st time I spoke with him was this last spring, but that time the wholenCorona black out had started so he said he'd check out the house whennthe travel restrictions were lifted. Well then here we are in October andnstill no word. So I call him and he says he'll be out the following Mondaynand here we are over a week later and no word again.nMy feeling is that if they are so inept at courting a new customer I wouldnhate to think how they would be if there was ever a claim to be made.nMy personal thought would be to look into another agency.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. The first claim you make when something bad happens and you really need the insurance to come through because that's what we pay them for. They will not pay out! They will take your money every month but then first claim accuse you of fraud all because I was in the hospital sick with infection and had to have my leg amputated. The adjuster approved it when she came out and met with me. Starring at me with my leg newly amputated. I finally was able to get all the paperwork filled out and notarized down state when my brother recently died of cancer. I was able to get a ride to the bank. she said i thought it was going to be more like $20,000. Then why didn't they just insure me for that and not for over $80,000? So I would of been paying on a $20,000 policy. BE CAREFUL of this company! After all the pictures were sent in and paperwork they now want me to do it all over again and want employment, medical and educational release. I am a 61 year old man that had a medal rod in my leg and was infected and had to spend the last 2 yrs in and out of the hospital, stroke and more. All my personal belonging were ruined to water damage and they haven't even given me a dime to replace anything. In the pictures you can see all my clothes ruined and they won't even cover my winter coat. I can't believe a disabled man with proof and pictures and because they don't like the price which is on my policy they gave me they just feel they don't have to pay and lets just flag this as fraud knowing how hard it is to keep having me jump through these hoops. I even showed the agent the metal rod sticking out of my leg to support my claim. This was the most painful thing I have ever been through and they don't care! This is an awful company! Don't waste your money! THEY WON'T COVER YOU ANYWAY!
