I am very happy with the service I received from Alexandra in the office setting up our appointment and Clint who came and cleaned my septic tank and lines, they were able to come out 2 days before competitors and prices were $80 lower than competitors. I highly recommend Lil Willies! Very punctual, professional, and reasonably priced.
Called on a Saturday morning around 8am when my shower wouldn't drain. Left a message and they responded within the hour and was to my house within 3 hours of initial call at 8am. Can't ask for any better service.
I called and within minutes I got a call back and he showed up and fixed the problem within an hour I'm still waiting for the others to call back.
Always super friendly. Great service at a great price. Highly recommend.
I would highly recommend this place. I called and their response time was excellent. The women who answer the phone were very friendly and helpful. The tech called me when he was at our cabin, we were not there, after pumping our tank he flushed the pipe as it was plugged and made sure everything was working. I will be using them anytime I need this type of service.
