James is such a professional and so conversant. He explained to me everything that needs to be done and the reason why. He checked everything just to make sure it’s done properly and there is no leakage. Besides installing kitchen faucet, he also replaced the water valve underneath the kitchen sink. We were impressed withY&G Plumbing And Rodding! James was our primary plumber and he was friendly and reliable. We had kind of a big job that several other plumbers didn't want to mess with. We had a home addition including a new basement bathroom that required tapping into our sewer main line. Y&G Plumbing And Rodding did that, did rough in fixtures for a full basement bath, added plumbing for a main level laundry, and added a gas line for a new gas fireplace. They were super friendly and easy to schedule. They passed inspection with our very picky city inspectors. We'd definitely use them again or recommend them.
They replaced our boiler and hot water heater in a prompt and professional manner. We were extremely impressed with Y&G Plumbing And Rodding!!! Cleanliness is very important to us and we were happy to see Y&G Plumbing And Rodding lay protective floor coverings down throughout our home. He was careful and meticulous with his work, put my worries at ease, and was very patient answering my questions and concerns.
