Derrick was extremely patient and answered all my questions in easy to understand answers. Got the issues resolved quickly, made it a point to be clean as he cut and rearranged pipes and overall a great experience. Before he left I felt extremely confident that his work was completed to the highest standards. Highly recommend Carter's and hopefully you can get Derrick as the professional to complete your job.
Derrick was sent over to install a new tub drain because the washer I purchased was too big for my current tub drain. Derrick was quick, responsive, and professional at all times. He was able to give me a timeline and completed the job within the timeframe he told me. I was very satisfied with the experience and will use Carter’s plumbing for any future service if needed.
Sean was friendly, and committed to fixing my drain. I would recommend using Carter’s. pricing seemed a little high, but to get honest quality work by professionals it’s worth paying and having the peace of mind it was done right. your paying for the knowledge.
Sump pump failed... Derek was absolutely awesome. He was polite and very patient explaining what happened... offered multiple options for repair and replacement. I’d highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again if there’s a need.
