This is the second time I have used Carter's Plumbing and I will continue to be a repeat customer for all my future pluming needs. The team is top notch. My lead technician, Marcus, was professional and knowledgeable about the products and services I was requesting. The job was completed quickly, and their attention to detail was impressive. They were extremely careful with surrounding decor and carpeting, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. I highly recommend Carter's Plumbing.

We were very pleased with Mike D. from Carter’s Plumbing. He was punctual, professional and polite. He quickly assessed the problems and set about fixing them promptly. He successfully installed a new sump pump and faucet and a pipe under the sink that needed replacing in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. Thank you!

These guys are awesome! I had an emergency and they came right out. They found the problem and fixed it. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous . I would highly recommend anyone to use them. If you are looking for a plumber, give them a call! I have had issues with a different company before so it’s really difficult to know who you can trust but I 100% trust these guys. It’s obvious that they know their stuff. The price was better than I imagined it would be too. Thanks for a job well done!

Columbus was very personable and professional. We are very thankful that Carters plumbing sent him to do the job. I’ve experienced many tradesmen in my home and he is by far one of the best that I have encountered. I’m not sure what scale you use to evaluate your employees but I’d give him a 10 out of 5 or a 20 out of 10. Top notch professional, far beyond what we expected!!! Thank you Carters plumbing, we will definitely use your company in the future and give recommendations to all our family and friends. Also, I would recommend using a man like Columbus as a benchmark for hiring new employees or making evaluations of existing employee’s.

Really appreciated the professionalism. Carter's kept us informed of when our plumber was arriving. Columbus, our plumber, was knowledgeable and courteous. We had to replace a sump pump and he took extra time to explain in detail what was necessary to do the repair. I'd recommend them for anyone in need of plumbing services.
