My senior dog was having difficulty walking, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Dr. Reynolds took the time to thoroughly examine Bria and explain her condition to me. I was even given a printout and told how to research additional information. I left feeling reassured and Bria is acting as though she has been recharged.

I cannot express how grateful and impressed I am with our experience at ULVH. Dr Marti and the staff were so understanding and patient with our concerns. Our 8 year old boxer mix was having unusual symptoms and the diagnosis was not obvious. They made all of the right recommendations and were able to diagnose her and find the root of the problem. Every question of ours was thoroughly answered and we were walked through every possible scenario as well given multiple options of different avenues we could take so we could choose what was best for us. Very upfront on pricing and plan of care. They were also the most reasonable when we were exploring other specialty centers. Excellent bedside manner! Even though it is an hour away for us.. we will be recommending to everyone we know. Thank you Dr. Marti for making a very stressful time less stressful.

We have so much respect for Dr. Hawker! Especially for the way she accommodates our fearful dog. We also love the building remodel with the exam room entrances to the outside - super considerate perspective and improves the experience for our dog.

Always happy to help! Great staff....including their fur babies! Clean, fast and no BS! Union lake vet is highly recommended!!

I can say enough about Union Lake Veterinary Hospital from the Drs to the office staff everyone is exceptional. They truly care about your animals as if they were there own. Thank you Union lake for loving my furbabies as much as I do.
