Been going here since 1992.nOf course a lot of staff changes in the timeline.nRight now Pharmacist Rod.nIs a jewel. He's the best in town. He really takes care of his patients.nInstruction, reminders, pleasantly explains medications, and will ask if you have any questions.nThe lady Pharmacists . Are just as amazing. They are all top notch An asset to Rite Aid.nThe sales folks Lorraine, Charlotte, Marcie, Joyce.nAre helpful friendly .nThey all get A+++ .nLast and not least. Store Manager Ryan.nKeeps the store well stocked and clean. And very personable to boot.nA Welcoming Store that's for sure.nYou won't be dissatisfied .nPromise. You'll leave very satisfied. All of the pharmacy technicians at the Union Lake, Commerce twp locations are really friendly and take their time to make sure your needs and requests are met. However, Rod is outstanding. He not only takes time to help, he takes time to educate. He's explained medications, generic alternatives, possible consequence of not having flu shots, what strains the flu shots cover and too many other things to mention to here. He never seems rushed and is always smiling.
