I've been going to this pharmacy for 2.5 years, because I shop at meijer. I'm finally so fed up, I need to switch. It rarely goes okay. So many times I request a refill and they tell me a time (the next day), get there and they tell me it's not filled and to come back tomorrow. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've never heard an apology and they obviously don't understand how frustrating it is. I would say out of the 100+ times I've used this pharmacy, it's gone okay 5 times.

The worse ever I wish I can rate them less, they always claim the refill is not in stock, but if you go same day to the pharmcy for refill they will say give us 15 minutes and it will be ready. Not trusty at all

I'm standing in line for 45 mins now...there are 12 more lanes of people waiting just as long as me..tried to call for a manager..nope..I hope somebody in a position to create change is reading this so.e day..I was here on Sunday March 28 at 420pm...this place is a joke...whoever runs it should loose their job..obviously has no experience with talent allocation...I'm done with this place

Update....nso went 3 times to get a prescription filled and each time they kept telling me a new date of when the insurance would pay for it... finally on third visit I question this and all of a sudden they fixed it and turns out Insurance will pay for it today and I don’t have to wait another 3 weeks. They try to claim that happens when you fill it at a different pharmacy but I made it clear to them this is the only pharmacy I use. Clearly I need to find a different pharmacy because this one can’t get their stuff strait !nLast few times I’ve had a prescription sent here they magically don’t have my insurance in system. This time they didn’t have the insurance in the system so they didn’t fill 1 of 2 prescriptions because they claim the don’t fill it without insurance in the system because you can buy it over the counter, which actually the strength of the medicine cannot be bought over the counter hence why there was a prescription for it. So I had to wait nearly an hour for them to fill it and yet again correct the insurance info in the system all while the staff was unfriendly as if this was errors on my part.
