I placed an order tonight and the associate seemed impatient and in a hurry. Questioning me about what I wanted on my grinders. People have different tastes. I was not pleased with her customer service. I work in customer service and would not be in a rush or impatient. I like Wesco food but would like to be treated as a valued customer. I didn't get a chance to ask for a total on my order because she hung up. My husband picked up the order and they told him I didn't want pizza. I told her 3 times I wanted a slice of cheese pizza for my granddaughter. Very disappointed.
Phone line has been busy for 25 minutes straight or more. Online ordering for pick up does not work. Facebook message received no response. I don't mind so much about the online ordering and facebook, but I couldn't even call. Super frustrating. Please do better.
I've always loved wesco from the food to coffee, I REALLY love the pizza
My hometown gas station/convenience store for many years. Good selection. They added a pump some years ago and that really helped.nEven if there is a wait it isn't too long. Great people here.
Unprofessional conduct by the employees very rude, food is good but service is very spotty and sub par. you mey not get your correct order
