This place is closed for good (unless someone else purchases it).
The staff is rude. They don't tell you refills are only on large drinks and the theater is filthy, when entering the theater the trash was over flowing and when we went to sit there was tons of trash all over the floors it was the worst experience I have had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I went here regularly as a child until I moved to Oregon in 2006. It's very nostalgic for me. However I now live in Michigan again and just made a visit that was very disappointing. Not sure if the design of the place has changed at all since 2006, but now tickets are only obtained through computers or the concessions stand. The ticket booths are now vacant. I payed for my ticket when I ordered my popcorn, but the cashier forgot to give me my ticket. The place feels and looks dirty. The popcorn is mediocre and expensive. This place needs some serious renovations since it is stuck in the 00s (possibly even earlier/90s) and not in a good way. They show more trailers than most theaters. So sad to see how it has aged. I'm afraid I will not be returning until it is under new management or undergoing renovations or updates of some sort.
The Seats here Could get better..nOther facilities are Good . Definitely not a Bad Place.
I will give them a three since there were no projection or sound issues once the movie got started. The loss of stars is for no reclining seats, the inability to reserve a seat in advance, and 30 minutes of previews and commercials. I understand the previews taking some time and they can be entertaining, but there were 10 minutes of advertisements for various regal cards/apps/movie programs and commercials before the previews even started.
