There were issues getting my Rx filled. BUT...these folks worked hard to try to get the (repeated) mistakes by the Dr's office worked out. Staff took the super extra miles to call the prescriber MULTIPLE times to try to get the office to clarify. Just know that going thru Crossroads is going to take time- it's NOT an express business model there. Allow plenty of time- as in at least 4-6 weeks to get fills IF there happens to be any complications or errors in the script...But know these folks are good hearted & want to help the patients they serve.

Seems no one knows what they are doing. They have communication barriers and apparently dont know how to use fax machine to receive orders.
