I was pleased with my whole experience. I decided to go with Northern due to a referral from another individual along with their good reviews I had read about their services. Was glad I made the choice. Stuart was up front and answered all my questions and always got back to me in a timely manor. Payment was revived promptly. It was a pleasure to due business with someone who you felt was being up front and honest with you. Which is something hard to find these days. I defiantly would recommend using Northern Refineries.

This company is outstanding. I had not tried to sell sterling other than through resellers which did not offer what I thought was a competitive price. After reading the reviews I decided to call Northern Refineries. Stuart was very helpful explaining the process, how the rate would be calculated and determined and at my request estimated it's value subject to actual weight after refining. So I sent the sterling and received immediate confirmation of its arrival. Within a week Northern had processed it and sent a detailed evaluation of the price they were paying. This significantly above that offerred by any reseller. Every step of the way Stewart was patient explaining all factors involved in the process. I highly recommend this company and only regret that unfortunately I had donated othernsilver items before I knew about them.

I choose Northern Refineries based on a Reuters article. Stuart was helpful in educating me about selling silver and gold. Penny was also very responsive to my questions. But more importantly, they are trustworthy and will give you a fair price for your items. Don't hesitate! Get that unused stuff out of your house and get some cash in your pocket.

Great experience! The process per their website is very straightforward. Payment is extremely quick and fair. Why deal with a middle person in selling a precious metal when you can reap an extremely better value here.
