DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could stand in front of this store and personally tell every person not to trust this jeweler, but I guess this review will have to do. It is one thing to hand me back a completely destroyed engagement ring without mentioning there was anything wrong, but not taking ownership of the huge mess up or even an apology really took it too far for me.nnI brought my engagement ring here to get fixed because the stone had fallen out of a floating setting. They said they could fix it and made it seem like no big deal. Imagine my surprise when I got my ring back and it was off centered, was no longer floating, had a black spot on the stone, one of the prongs had damage and it looked like there was either glue or a crack where one of the prongs met the stone.nnWhen we called the first time to ask about it, without even giving a name or description only saying, “we have some concerns with an engagement ring we got back from you,” they knew exactly what ring we were talking about. This made it even more unbelievable that they did not mention a single thing was wrong when they handed it back to my father when he picked it up, hoping we somehow wouldn’t notice the MANY problems. We did not even truly realize the amount of damage the ring had, until we took the ring to another jeweler. They were shocked at how poorly taken care of the ring was, and informed us that all four prongs were cracked and the ring was basically ruined.nnKaragosian’s did give us a refund for the $40 of work, but refused to do anything for the hundreds of dollars in damage they caused to my engagement ring. We went into the store, called multiple times, and my parents even sent a Certified Letter hoping to get their attention or some type of compensation but we could not even get an apology. I feel like the service we received was so bad that it almost sounds made up, but it truly was unbelievable especially as someone who has worked in customer service for the past 12 years.nnPlease, just do yourself a favor, and go anywhere but here.

Had a ring my late father's sized. Turned out like new! Completely exceed my expectations! I totally recommend this place!
