I had a great experience with Steven Tapper, he guided me through designing a custom ring starting from my vague ideas and ending up with the perfect end result! The ring itself is absolutely beautiful and one of a kind. Steven was completely committed to making sure I was happy and comfortable at every step of the process and it was always easy to get in touch with him. I will absolutely return to Tapper’s.

Have had a great experience with Tina. I have now purchased 4 watches through her and will continue to use her for my needs. She is very accommodating while always taking the time to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. When buying designer brand watches, it’s helpful having someone like Tina to guide me through the process and make sure that I am doing everything correctly. I couldn’t be happier with my purchased and with my consultant

Paula Levy helped me select a new wedding band for my husband. His original band, (not from Tappers!), did not wear well. She was incredibly patient and showed us every possible option. We ordered the perfect ring, engraved. The ring was delivered right on time and he is thrilled. The new store is beautiful, Paula provides excellent service, and it was a pleasure to support a local business that we trust.

I worked with Adela to buy a nice watch for my husband’s 40th birthday. She was knowledgeable about the watches and very friendly.
