Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Curbside pickup and the ability to borrow a colour palette kept us safe during the pandemic. I got great help on the phone, the website with easy to use, in the employees are really friendly and helpful. I always used to get pain at home depot but I think I am a sherwin-williams customer now.

Sherwin Williams provided me with excellent customer service and quality product. I will recommend Sherwin Williams because they were able to match my color from a different paint company .

I have used their woodscapes stain and have found it to be terrific.

Came in to the store the other day to look at colors. The younger gentleman named Josh was busy helping several other customers who were there before me and speaking to customers on the phone. He was quickly moving through the line and doing so with a smile. I was surprised how fast he was able to help everyone! He got to me in no time, I thought I would have to wait thirty minutes. He was helpful when suggesting colors and asking about the rooms I wanted painted and what theme I was looking for. He had a lot of knowledge about all the different products of paint (when I thought there was only one type of paint). I felt bad for him because he kept having to check on everyone else and make paint and still answer my questions all at the same time. He explained thoroughly and was kind enough to even ask if I needed any more help after he went and helped some painters that came in the store. I felt bad since he was the only one there, but he was top notch. He told me about setting up an account to remember my purchases. I left the store knowing so much about paint and how light affects colors that I feel confident in the colors cards i picked out. He was even kind enough to write down the different paints he recommends for each room on a paper for me to take home with me. I want to say thank you to him for all the help. I will only shop at this location because of him. It’s not everyday you get great customer service, people who genuinely care about what you are looking for or the time to explain it to you.

Nice staff very helpful. Store is very clean. Love this paint, nothing else would go on my walls.
