This company is the best equipment service company I’ve used throughout my 20 year culinary career. They are consistent, honest, affordable and timely. I have used them steadily for the past 5 years and have always had great service and experiences through the kitchens I’ve ran. From new equipment install to fixing old , unmaintained pieces they have always done well completing the job. All of their employees, from office, to repair, to owners have always been respectable and kind. I highly recommend Jackson.

Called to get a estimate. For 5 days i got nothing but run around out of this company. Never got a call back to set a appt. i kept being told we will call you back. I guess they dont need business well no problem i will never refer them to anyone. Other companys out there who are willing to get the job done. horrible customer service!!!!
