Everything was absolutely perfect! The massage was great and my facial! Will definitely come there again!! I wish I could leave a higher rating!!!
My friend and I had an app at 5 we got there 5:15 because weather was horrible. As soon as we got there we were rushed and even asked to continue filling our form after massage. They rushed us in started the massage at like 5:19 and ended the session at 5:51 a 32min massage but charged for 50min full body. Worse massage too. I wanted full body and she only did back. Didn’t even give me an option! Even when we were walking out the room the next customers were standing there waiting. Awkward! And I still have a knot in my back I get it was our fault we were late BUT we don’t need to charged a full 50min for $109
I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Tomiko. The facility is very relaxing and clean. Tomiko is nice and pleasant but needs more knowledge on how to properly do these type of massages. I had a BBL, on my intake paperwork it asked what areas do u want us to avoid? I answered “buttocks”. Clearly Tomiko did not go over my paperwork because she started massaging my butt. I told her to stop and she continued to keep massaging it. I had to tell her again. She also wanted me to lay on my butt but when u have a bbl u can’t sit for 6-8 wks. It was NOT a proper LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE. It was a regular massage. She didn’t direct fluids to my lymph nodes. Until she gets more educated on this service I don’t suggest this place for this service. I feel I wasted my money unfortunately and I’m not hard to please. Ladies don’t do it. She’s nice though.
There was miscommunication when I booked the services. When I received the confirmation message, the schedule was packed to the point that my party could not receive our requested services. The notes concerning this mishap were visible on the iPad when we filled out the forms for submission. If you anticipate irate clientele and have to put that in the notes, it speaks volumes about your facility. The service wasn’t bad, but if I make an appointment I expected services rendered to match the request.
My husband and I came here for a buy one get one deal. He got a regular full body massage and I a prenatal one. My masseuse was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My husband came in with some sore muscles from running and came out feeling relaxed and no longer sore.nnThe atmosphere is calming except for the big product display in the middle of the waiting room which takes away from a spa like experience but we weren't waiting too long for it to really matter.
