Great service, exactly what i wanted! Very personable owner!
Being new to the area, I decided to give this salon a chance. I made an appointment, but when I arrived 15 minutes early, the door was locked and no note on the door. I immediately called but no one answered the phone. I had no idea whether anyone was going to show so I decided to leave after leaving a message. Later, I received a call back from Stephanie who did not seem to be concerned that she was no one there when I arrived. She made excuses awjy she was not there. I finally asked if I could get another appointment and the earliest she was willing to give me was a week away. Not a good impression for a potential client. I have decided to go elsewhere. Because Stephanie did not think it was a big deal that she was not there when I arrived
Stephanie is the best! She fixed by bad color and cut. I will be a regular here for sure!
Absolutely loved my experience at Exhale Salon!nnPam is an amazing colorist, she took excellent care of me and made sure everything was done to my liking.nnThe store is super cute and the prices are great. I actually got a Groupon so I was very impressed by the whole experience!nnI can't wait to see Pam again in a month and a half for a trim and a touch up!!
