We have gone here multiple times over the years for child haircuts and it had been great. This visit was just bad. We called when we arrived and wore our masks as instructed by the signage, which seemed reasonable. We were the only customers. The stylist had a face shield, but not a mask. I should have just walked out at that point. She encouraged my child to remove her mask for her haircut (my child did not). The other person working had no mask or shield on. I asked about the lack of masks and was visibly uncomfortable, my child had already say down in the chair. We were there less than ten minutes total until the stylist finished and charged us the $18.95 for a kid cut. The cut is terrible, not straight, and not even from one side to other. We got out of there as quickly as possible. It was a waste if time, money, and put us at risk.
Fantastic place to get a haircut for kids. They were fantastic and connected with my son instantly. They talked about cars while she cut his hair, showed him her collection, let him hold some. Was patient with him. He's not a fan of clippers, but she eased his nerves and made him laugh. Our experience was perfect.
They were awesome! Ms.Sarah did my son's 1st cut, I thought it was going to be a lot rougher. She did really good job really quick. The whole thing took about 10 mins, he didn't cry, and I was amazed.
Sarah is fantastic. My oldest is a hair cut hater and she makes it fast and tolerable for him. My youngest loves getting his hair cut from the cute chairs to the movies.
They are amazing every time we go there with my two little girls.
