Will is a great guy. Fair prices, great cuts, and a great conversation. The only complaint I have is that he is busy and he's the owner and only employee, so if you want to have a same day cut, then expect to arrive and wait awhile. But Will from my experience is always a straight shooter and he'll tell you if you should come back a different day or if he can work around your schedule. I only use this baber shop, especially because of the threading, and I haven't looked back since.

My name is Brian and I am new to the Michigan area. I have also enjoyed barber shops in Southern Florida, mostly backed by a Spanish culture. I was apprehensive to shop around for a new barbershop because I am so particular.nnI called M Z Barbers in the morning to schedule an appointment, I requested that I not get a hair cut by the “last chair” and they said “okay we will take care of you.”nnWhen I arrived I was happy to find that the owner of the shop was who was cutting my hair and who I had spoken to on the phone. I showed him pictures and described the haircut that I was looking for, and we engaged in some friendly chit chat.nnThe barber listened to me, treated me as a valued customer, I was extremely happy with the outcome of the haircut, and I will be returning again in two weeks!nnIn my opinion, I would highly recommend this barber over any of the other prominent shops in the nearby area. My previous experience at another shop in the area was unsatisfactory, there was a language barrier and I didn’t feel like they listened to me at all. They chopped me up, wouldn’t make changes, and I left. I shopped around and found the best service here. I was happy with cut on the top and I couldn’t ask for a better fade.

Excellent service. Amazingly quick friendly service. I have been having Marcel cut my hair and he's been great. Will continue using him into the foreseeable future. Thanks again for a great hair cut.

Went here a month and Marsel cut my hair, did an incredible job. Called today and asked for him, scheduled a time only to show up and find out he doesn’t work there anymore. Was quite bummed as I specifically wanted him to cut my hair.nnNot sure who cut my hair(wasn’t Will) but he didn’t fade the sides quite like I wanted. I’ll have to ask for Will next time, hopefully he does a better job.nnGreat shop though, prompt and nice. Great prices.

I tried out M Z barbers a few weeks ago for the first time after searching to find a new barber since I recently moved here. This was one of the first times I’ve went to a brand new barber and was really happy when I left. Will gave me exactly what I asked for. I appreciate it! I will be back.
