I love Home Depot as it is, but I visit this one in particular often. The reason is the tool rental. They have equipment for any project and the trucks to haul them if need be. This time I rented a flooring scraper. Last time was a hardwood sander. The time before that was a sand compactor and extended hedge trimmer. They have what you need to get it done. It's the first place I call when I need that specialty item.

They do a really good job working with people and letting them browse in peace. You need help they’re there. You just perusing for fun they are there for you. I call it my second home but that’s more of a problem than a good thing. Got to love home ownership.nnGood day to all. 1/6/21 was a sad day for America. Can’t wait till certain people are walked off stage.

I wish I could give zero stars! Customer service was terrible. I purchased an item with store credit. The same day I went back to return the item and was told that if I purchase something with store credit, I may not be able to get my store credit back. They gave me a number to their headquarters so they could help with returning the item. I was told that sometimes with store credit, you cannot get a refund. They told me it says it on their website under the return policy. when I checked the website, it clearly says when a person purchases something with store credit, you will get store credit back. I spoke to 4 different customer service employees, and none of them knew the policy and could not answer my questions. This is not a way to treat a regular customer. No one was able to help me. The best advice I got from the customer service was to write a written complaint and wait 4 weeks before I can get an answer. This place will not be coming back here anymore. There is a lowe's next door with much better customer service!
