They remodeled our bathroom. We had a new tile shower installed, a new toilet, a new sink and vanity and tile floor. Chris did an excellent job on everything. We would hire them again if we need anything else done

Pinnacle Remodeling ended up being the best contractor experience my wife and I have ever had. Pinnacle Remodeling finished our basement. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. For a large basement it went pretty smoothly. There were a few minor slowdowns but Brad kept us up to date throughout the entire project. The quality of all the work was great. The new wet bar was a huge hit at our Derby Party this year.

We hired Brad Rigney and his company, and we seriously regret not using a more experienced bathroom contractor.  Construction dragged on for over 5 months, we could not shower in our own home for nearly 3 of those months, and they never finished the job.  Too many things went wrong to list everything.  Of the work that was actually done, there are issues with the waterproofing installation, the shower bench was installed upside-down, many of the tiles are cracked and scratched, and construction debris was grouted into the floor, among other things.nnAfter 5 months, and after he had collected all but the final payment from us, Rigney stopped responding to any attempts to contact him.  We found it both upsetting and unprofessional that he bailed on an unfinished bathroom by ghosting us. We were also notified by the electrical subcontractors that Rigney had not paid them for their work.nnThere have been similar complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau against Brad Rigney and Pinnacle Remodeling, but unfortunately, we found out about them too late.

I've been working with Brad and Pinnacle for the past few months and will be starting a major project soon. I've dealt with many contractors in the past and Pinnacle is without a doubt the best! They are professional, courteous and above all, really good. I can't imagine using anyone else.
