Somehow there’s a piece of plastic or part of a glove in my drink? How does that even happen.nnUpdate two weeks later, this is close to my work that’s why I get a drink from here for $1, but no wonder the lines in the drive through are so long. The pay window they were literally watching Netflix. Explains a lot

I work nearby so this location is my go to.... I don’t know why I keep putting myself through the trouble. Every time I go through it’s something. Their customer service is shameful, the most unfriendly people I have ever had through a drive through. Today though it was the last straw. The young lady took my order at the speaker, didn’t give me a total simply said look at the screen for your total. I get to the window, she takes my card no hi, how are you, didn’t even tell me my total. Hands me back my card and sends me on my way. The guy at the second window at least said thank you, but I was missing 2 of my hash browns. I don’t even want to go back and get them as I’m so sick of the poor service.

always something here....nnordered online and chose in store pickup option , but the door is locked, ended up waiting in very busy drive through line and asked can i just come in?....then being told “u can grab it at the window”.nnwhat’s the point of ordering online and choosing to come into store on the app to try to beat the drive through whennnand no way to change it to curbside after they can’t do it.nnwaste of time

Worst franchise in the area, hours not honored as posted, 11 PM they are closed even though 12:30 AM is stated when you Google the info. I thought I give them another chance after previous bad service, nothing changed. The head must not be right, no way the business is run this poorly if owner/management is fully engaged.
