This place is great! There’s a lot of great staff, and great service. I just constantly come across problems like attitude from the staff, constant wrong orders, etc. It’s a great place, don’t get me wrong, but when I have to constantly worry about the staff giving rude attitude towards me at the drive-thru or giving me the wrong orders, I wouldn’t recommend this place to people who are particular about their orders/service.
Claire is such a sweet girl!! Today at the window she made sure I got the right drink and while I was waiting for another she asked how my day was and started a convo with me to keep me occupied. Such a sweet girl definitely give her a raise!!
Who doesn't like Starbucks? Most of is do, right! So, for me excellent customer service is KEY because in comparing apples to apples (or coffee to coffee lol). Here, the customer service is hands down excellent!
Long line until 8pm..im 3rd shift so I love it!!lol closes at 9pm
Don't know the cashiers name but she was extremely friendly and helpful, and the Barista Noa made my drink perfectly! Highly recommend this location!!
