The drinks were amazing as always until I felt a sudden breeze blow over. I then turned my head to see the employees staring at me but then there was a seagull. I was on the beach and did the cupid shuffle with the employees and danced all night. Truly an experience I'll never forget, I'm getting teary eyed just thinking about it. Thank you. Really. It is now my time to go.
Slow service, mobile pickup was very disorganized recently. Several people were waiting in line for pickup while their drinks sat getting cold, because no one was attending to mobile order pickups. I understand Covid has made it impossible for the standard pickup counter, and that drinks have to be kept behind the protective wall now, but that means an employee needs to be gathering names and handing out drinks as people come in.
This is the second time I've walked out because I was not waited on. The first time I tried the be patient. Maybe the people are new? I waited 10 minutes. It literally took me a half hour to get a cup of coffee and I was late for work. This time sorry no patients 5 minutes is too long to stand at a coffee shop counter and not be acknowledged. Anyone want my Starbucks gift cards?
3 stars coz there's no drive thru but staff are friendly!
They randomly close the store for days at a time and at whatever time they feel like. Mobile order is almost never available. Drive thru takes at least 20-30mins. For a coffee?? Lol management needs to check on this location Bc they are a struggling mess!
